Using this site

You may browse the site and book discovery calls. Please don’t misuse the booking calendar, for example by booking calls you don’t intend to attend or entering someone else’s details.

Concepts, not clients

Screens marked “concept” are studio work for fictional businesses (such as Tallow Roofing & Solar, Kinlo Physio, Merrin & Vale and Squint). They are not clients, and any likeness to a real business is unintended. Names, prices, reviews and phone numbers in them are made up; phone numbers use a range Ofcom reserves for fiction. Nothing in a concept is for sale.

The design, text and code of this site belong to Splineway unless stated otherwise. Please don’t copy them without asking.

Booking and cancellations

Discovery calls are free and don’t commit you to anything. To move or cancel a call, use the link in your confirmation email or write to hello@splineway.com.

Accuracy and liability

This site is general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but can’t promise it is always complete, current or uninterrupted. Links to other sites are for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
